All the people we have dealt with from Renuity from the sales rep, office administration & the installers, have been very good to deal with. On the first day of the installation, they found dry rot under a window that went into the siding of the house. This was outside the perimeters that our contract listed so they informed me that their work would be stopped until I found a contractor to handle the repair. Once I did & had dates when the repair would be done Renuity right away worked me back into their schedule so the walk-in shower install could continue in a timely way. They were concerned for us to have a functioning shower as soon as possible. Good quality material and it looks good plus they stand behind their work.

Diego was my technician today. He was punctual and very pleasant. He changed my lock and asked if there was anything else that he could help me with. He volunteered to check a window that he had repaired on a previous visit to ensure that it was still functioning well. Great customer service all around.

We met with Dave Jennings and the experience was very informative. He explained all the benefits of using his company vs the “other guys”. I was sold by the lifetime warranty and the use if the denser window filler with the highest strength rating. Dave was very thorough with his presentation and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product. I plan to follow up agin after the install.

Team Gregory Jose Julian Carlos Dani Daniel Daniel I enjoyed working w them. They were very polite and covered with plastic where I asked them too. They picked up the broken glass outside and swept so it would not be blown into the edges where the children would cut their feet. They cleaned up their equipment at the end of every day. I liked working with the team.

This was a very pleasant experience. Lance, my salesperson, was very professional and understood my concerns and needs. We had a roof and windows installed by this company. We had 4 companies we were interviewing. FHIA was the second one we met with. Josh came to our home to present their products and servies to us. It was such a great experience we hired them on the spot and didn't even consider the remaining two companies on our list. Josh was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. The roofers showed up as scheduled. They removed our old roof and outdated solar system. They repaired damaged boards and installed our new roof. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and hauled away everything and there were no nails on the ground anywhere! A different crew removed our old windows and installed the new ones. A BIG shout out to Brian Farro for overseeing our projects and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and the standards their company stands by. We still have gutters and drain pipes to install. We decided to paint our house and FHIA is so gracious to wait on installing the gutters once the painting is complete.
