He organized everything for me. Tim from Renuity was great to work with. He was friendly and professional. He took care of some manufacturing defects and made sure everything was fixed properly. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Tim and Renuity to others.

While Reunity may be somewhat more expensive than some of the other options in the market, their craftsmanship, professionalism, and warranty coverage are significantly better. After a great experience with my kitchen cabinet remodeling project, I chose them again for my bathroom cabinet remodeling, and they did not disappoint. Michael did an excellent job as the installer, and Thomas kept me informed throughout the entire project. During the initial consultation, Alex and Dawna were also incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a bit challenging initially to communicate with Michael due to the language barrier. However, once we started using Google Translate, the process went very smoothly. I would strongly recommend Reunity to anyone looking for high-quality remodeling work and a professional customer experience.

Beware, unfortunately when FHIA was bought or merged with this Renuity Home Improvement Co. everything changed, customer service is no longer a priority! I had my home burglarized, came in via a window — in under 2 min! — timed via ring camera and when I called them for them for them to repair (remember / life time warranty, they finally got back to me 8 weeks later , they’re charging $650.00 for a replacement! UNBELIEVABLE! I highly recommend looking for another company!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Darien and his team from Renuity did such a wonderful job installing my new windows today! I can’t believe the difference these new windows made to my home. Made my house look brand new!! I’d also like to add that Nadia and Shaun Walker went above and beyond in the financing department to help make this happen for me!! Vincent Sr. - professional, thorough, ensured everything was good and we had all the info we needed before he left. 10/10, will absolutely call again when we're ready to do more windows. The windows themselves are great, it's already at least 10 degrees cooler in the home which is important during summer in FL. **Edited to add photos, and mention that it wasn't cheap, but we couldn't find half-circle windows already made in the sizes we needed, so that was going to be a problem to start with.

I went with a Kohler shower project through Costco which used Renuity as the installer. It took two days total and I'm very happy with the process. I was assigned a project manager and was in constant contact with her the whole time, and my phone calls were answered right away. Even when I needed to call to have one door adjusted it was a really painless experience. I chose this method of shower installation because it's impossible to know who to trust anymore. This method had a warranty and no subcontractors. You are going to pay more for the project, but you get what you pay for! It was totally worth it.

The overall experience to install new window from start to finish was awesome. Gregory and Julian came in instantly covered everything in the house with plastic. They were professional very polite. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up behind themselves and the windows look awesome! Jon was great to deal with also. He went over in detail any paperwork, along with any other information I needed to know. Also went into detail regarding the Windows. This was an awesome team.! I hit the jackpot with these three men.

Fabian came out to adjust both our front glass door and rear sliding door. He was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and made sure both doors were operating smoothly before leaving. Excellent service—highly recommend! Renuity staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and considerate. The installers took everything down to the studs filling the tub with the debris. We had an arch that I was grateful that it had to be removed. They had to cut the tub out making sure when they were removing it, it did not hit walls or furniture. By the next day our shower was in and beautiful. The installers always entered our home with a smile and determination to complete the job on time. I would most definitely use Renuity again for another project.
