They picked up the broken glass outside and swept so it would not be blown into the edges where the children would cut their feet. They cleaned up their equipment at the end of every day. I liked working with the team.

We have used Renuity Home Improvement (formerly FHIA) five different times, and every experience has been excellent. They replaced the windows in our previous two homes, completed our parents’ two homes, and now that we’ve moved, we’re using them again.

We specifically request regional sales representative Mike Post out of Jacksonville, Florida. He understands that we prefer a straightforward approach—no fluff, just clear answers and honest guidance. He consistently takes the time to address all of our questions thoroughly, and he has even made special trips outside of his sales area at our request in North Florida.

The installation team also deserves recognition. They are always friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. We have never experienced any issues with installation, and the workmanship has been consistent.

The windows themselves are energy efficient and have noticeably lowered our power bills. They are easy to clean and give our home a fresh, clean look both inside and out. Our newest product is to replace 1960’s cranks. The lifetime transferable warranty is great. Should anything happen I like that I can call should anything happen and talk to a real person.

We recommend them to anyone considering window replacement. They have been around for years. Another trust point for us.

We had a roof and windows installed by this company. We had 4 companies we were interviewing. FHIA was the second one we met with. Josh came to our home to present their products and servies to us. It was such a great experience we hired them on the spot and didn't even consider the remaining two companies on our list. Josh was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. The roofers showed up as scheduled. They removed our old roof and outdated solar system. They repaired damaged boards and installed our new roof. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and hauled away everything and there were no nails on the ground anywhere! A different crew removed our old windows and installed the new ones. They did a fantastic job and showed up as scheduled. A BIG shout out to Brian Farro for overseeing our projects and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and the standards their company stands by. We still have gutters and drain pipes to install. We decided to paint our house and FHIA is so gracious to wait on installing the gutters once the painting is complete. The quality of the roofing materials and windows is exceptional and we are very pleased. Don't hesitate to call to call this company for your needs. You won't be disappointed!

I am very happy the job Brian and Joe did on my installation. These guys are very serious with their work. They even cleaned up after completing the job. I had other companies work in my home and they always left their mess behind. I will certainly recommend the company and especially Brian and Joe to get the job done!

Darian was cordial and on time, the work was finished promptly despite the fact that our home has 14 different window opening of different sizes. Were we on unsure if they’d be able to finish in just today’s but they did.
