Our experience with Renuity was a great experience! They said and did everything they told us from the beginning.
No high pressure sales pitch! Put in a plan on installation that worked for us and followed that plan! They called a few days before installation and gave us the plan we discussed prior. The installers were on time, respectful and friendly! Thank you for a great experience! WE LOVE, LOVE, LOVE OR NEW SHOWER! It's everything and more than we expected!! 🙂

Recently had my garage completed with a coating from Renuity. They were extremely professional and informative during the consultation. They were on the higher end of quotes that I received, however; I feel that a company that stands behind its work with a warranty product is worth the money.

Nathan, Bailey, & Josh showed up promptly on the date of installation and were very friendly and walked me through what their scope of work would be during the day. They went out of their way to make sure that none of my personal property was affected by the installation, they even took extra time to cover all my personal items that were nearby with tarps and keeping a clean workplace. They were very efficient and didn’t waste time or take any breaks until the job was completed, truly professionals.

The garage coating looks better than I thought it would and it is top shelf work. Straight lines, even coating, and attention to detail truly make the work stand out.

Great work, backed by warranty. Absolutely worth it.

We had an issue with not getting enough hot water from our shower. We called Renuity Bath for someone to take a look at it and they sent Brian B. just a couple of days later. Brian is so affable and professional. We are pleased with his performance in getting the job done so quickly! He’s a great asset to the company! We’re happy we’re getting hot water now!

I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but my experience with Dennis was fantastic. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will be calling him back when I’m ready to cover my garage floor. 5 rating not enough! Crew on time, all materials in hand, swept and vacuumed at each stage. Then, when we discovered wood rot that needed replacing before completing shower install, Renuity reached out to a contractor who squeezed us in (out here in the rural world) to prepare the surface properly before Renuity returned to finish. From the first contact and throughout the entire process; we received texts, emails, phone calls to make sure we knew what was planned, what was happening, and who would be knocking on the door for the next portion. Every second we were supported by competent and caring professionals. As old folks with our first remodel and only one bathroom, I am so grateful to Renuity for the fantastic work they did. I highly recommend.

Renuity installed my new Kohler shower in 2.5 days and I barely knew they were there. They handled the permitting and inspections during the work. Each day they left my house pristine. I had contact information from multiple people so I could see the progress of the demo and installation when I wasn’t home. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. I am lucky that I found this place through Kohler; I would use them for other renovation projects for sure.

So far, so good! I'm planning a major bathroom remodel, and decided to go with a Koehler walk-in tub. Why? Because they're the best quality out there, and it's time for this type of tub. I got a next day appointment in my home with Nicholas. He was on time. He is knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining options. He is professional yet has a sense of humor. He helped me get the best deal possible, including the bath surround I really wanted. I can't wait to get the work done so I can get on with the remainder of the remodel. I would absolutely recommend this company! They quoted us over 10k less than the first company we tried, they worked with us on financing and a down payment, and they were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. The men who installed the shower did a wonderful job on the install and kept us informed along the way. The whole thing only took two days! We are very happy with our new shower!

These guys do a great job! Quality materials, quality work! Not going to be the cheapest bid you can find, but after reviewing a number of bids/estimates I concluded they had the best quality/cost ratio. In other words, pay a little more and get a much better finished project. They worked hard to schedule our project to fit into our hectic calendar. The guys were prompt, professional, and skilled at their tasks. There was nothing but superior work done, and the results are 100% satisfactory. I highly recommend this company.
