Renuity and Titan Holdings join forces with RiteWindow to enter key new England markets

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Renuity, a national portfolio of local home improvement providers, has announced the acquisition of Massachusetts-based RiteWindow, a regional leader specializing in residential home improvement services, including the installation of replacement windows, doors, roofs, and shower & bath remodeling.

Renuity is owned by Miami-based parent company, Titan Holdings (“Titan”).
The transaction, which closed May 2nd, 2022, represents the eighth operating company in Renuity’s fast-growing collection of leading home improvement providers since its launch in 2019.

Titan Holdings Announces Westward Expansion With Acquisition of Pacific Bath

As 2021 closed, the home improvement innovator had grown its footprint to 21 states.

Titan Holdings & Renuity Announce Acquisition Of Louisiana-Based MaxHome

CORAL GABLES, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Titan Holdings (“Titan”) today announced the acquisition of MaxHome, LLC (“MaxHome”) as the newest addition to Titan’s Renuity business, its national portfolio of home improvement providers. MaxHome is a highly regarded and fast-growing bathroom and window remodeler based in Jefferson, LA with strong roots in the Louisiana and Southern Texas markets. Earlier this year MaxHome also opened a greenfield location in Pensacola, FL to expand its footprint to service homeowners across the Gulf Coast.

The acquisition marks the seventh since Titan Home Improvement, as it was previously known, launched in 2019 and expands the company’s footprint to 17 states. MaxHome fits in nicely with Titan’s acquisition strategy thanks largely to its near-20-year track record of success making some 20,000 homeowners across Louisiana and Texas happier.
