We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for outstanding work on the part of the Renuity/FHIA team assigned to our contract; replacing four sliding glass doors and one window in our 30 year old home in Palm Coast. From initial consultation with Sam Brumenschenkel to final walk-through, the entire team was professional and communicative - special "shout-outs" to Amaud Williams, Aaliyah Manning and Tara Luge for keeping us well informed of project status - emailing us in South Africa!
The installation crew - oh - the crew! Diego, the supervisor, began by walking us through the process, demonstrating a proactively focused approach in assessing the functional situation that made definite high impact in our comfort level. From the moment Brian and Joe arrived, they set about preparing floors, covering furniture, etc. - creating floor to ceiling plastic clad work areas - with the kind of attention rarely seen in this day and age. We were particularly impressed with the team dynamic of these two gentlemen. The level of knowledge, resolute determination in problem-solving and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. They were meticulous, leaving the site clean and the finishings perfect each day. They didn't rush the job; instead paying attention to all the little details, ensuring each door was perfectly fit, sealed and finished.
Our experience with this team totally exceeded our expectations, delivering excellent customer satisfaction. We will definitely share with our friends and neighbors- with anyone looking for top-notch window and door installation.

Gregory, Julian, Joseph, Carlos were outstanding with the work they did on my new windows and doors. They showed up on time everyday which is very important to me being a retired soldier who believes in contractors being on time and ready for work when they show up and these gentlemen were exactly that each day. We met with Greg Spruiell to discuss window replacement options. He was professional, polite, and thorough in educating us on Renuity and their hurricane impact windows. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the industry and answered our questions and concerns. We decided to go with this company for our window replacement project.

Maikel’s team installed five new energy saving windows in six hours, replacing outdated and corroded originals. Workmanship was neat and efficient. I look forward to seeing him again after the building inspector approves this phase of the installation. I’d also encourage him to improve his English language proficiency to streamline communication skills. I enjoyed working with him very much.

Our experience with Mike Post was incredible, we told him we only wanted to replace our glass sliding door and he totally understood, did not try to push on selling anything else. He is very knowledgeable of his product and was very thorough with his presentation; explaining prices, quality and everything we needed to know to make an informed decision.

I was satisfied with the cost as it was guaranteed work. Installers were professional and cared about my safety as they were ready to install safety grab bars, shower head and hand held. We discussed shower door vs shower curtain and costs of both due to windows, plumbing placement. I was impressed with the installers skills in removing tile from floor, they were so good!

Mike Post was a delight to have in our home to discuss replacements for a few windows. We booked the appointment through a representative at Sam’s Club which gives us a little more piece of mind than calling a company from on line reviews only. Sam's Club has done the vetting process of Renuity Window & Door for us!
Mike was extremely knowledgeable of his products and walked us through the entire process of purchasing, financing (if needed), second representative appointment to get exact measurements, timeframe order may be available for installation as well as actual installation timeline if we were to move forward with the sale. There was no pressure from Mike to ‘close the deal today’ which was one of the best parts of the entire experience. There were two quotes given, one with current discounts good for 30 days and then a quote for a price good for up to a year which did not have the current discounts. Again, no pressure to make the sale on the spot.
We did move forward with the project because we felt comfortable with the service we received from Mike. Thank you for making the purchasing experience painless.

I attended a local Home Show as I was looking for a company to replace a bay window in my house (the seal on my current window failed where moisture was able to get in & make the window foggy). And to my surprise they could send a sales representative out later that day. Greg was on time and was extremely pleasant to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things thoroughly. He listen and answer all my questions. He also told me what I needed to do with my other windows to protect and prevent future issues with old caulking around the window seals, which I really appreciated as my late husband would typically be in charge of 'house related repairs'. I appreciate the time he took out of his night to speak with me about replacing my bay window and potentially an exterior door at a later date. My overall experience with this company has been great, from Katelyn who I initially spoke with at the home show and Greg the sales representative.
