Outstanding! The installation crew was great to work with. They left everything clean at the end of each day. The installation was supposed to take 2 days, but ended up being 3 days due to the space and window within the shower. Loved the finished product and overall it was an amazing experience.

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident in every aspect of the project. Moises, Joe, and Rick worked seamlessly together, showcasing their skills and ensuring the installation process was smooth and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly impressive.
Jason, as the installation manager, was the standout star of this project. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, addressing any concerns with patience and professionalism. When minor damage occurred during the remodel, Jason took immediate responsibility, coordinating and overseeing all necessary repairs to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. The Luxstone and Kohler products used in the remodel are absolutely stunning. The materials are top-notch, and the finished shower looks luxurious, modern, and timeless. These products truly shine and have transformed our bathroom into a spa-like retreat. We’re thrilled with the outcome and have received countless compliments from friends and family.

Jasmin who was our design consultant was wonderful. She went over everything we needed to know as far as what went best for our bathroom size and as well as cost effectiveness for us. As for our installer Eric and David were awesome. They were professional, easy to talk to, very efficient. They made us aware of any issues or changes they may have needed to do. They were quick but thorough.
Were absolutely love the team were worked with and are happy with our results!!!

Remodeling or installing a shower isn't cheap. Be prepared for $$. However, the outcome was completely worth the price! The salesperson who first visited was very friendly, no pressure whatsoever (we called for an estimate, but had pretty much decided before he arrived). The men who installed were respectful of space and both efficient and friendly (it was fun to get to know them!). And the finished product was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this company if you're considering remodeling your tub/shower. The sales representative was meticulous on taking measurements and discussing what features I wanted, along with pointing out some potential aesthetic issues due to the non-standard back wall measurement we were dealing with. The installers were proactive in maintaining a clean work area, as well as confirming what the sales representative had gone over with me.

Everything from start to finish was great. Our new walk in shower looks beautiful, opens up the bathroom and the lighting is so much better without having a shower curtain. Their team is wonderful to work with, very professional and kind. They were able to complete the job in less than 2 days which is fantastic.

We are very pleased with the results. Everything from our initial designer planner. Susan Marshall to the installers was done very professionally as promised and results are beyond our expectations. We did our haul/gas bath. Gave us about 3 and 1/2 more inches of floor space. Much bigger shower stall.

The install team was very expeditious during my install. Ryan and his helper were very respectful, knowledgable, clean, and wanted my input during each stage. My walls have no insulation, (80 yrs old), so the team used insulation I had to complete the interior of the wall. My completed shower is perfect.

Teddy was the lead installer and he was exceptional. Called early the first morning to let us know what time they would arrive. And unlike Comcast, LOL, he was there within 2 minutes of the time he told us. His crew put protective coverings everywhere they would traverse. Teddy found us every step of the process to update what was going on. They cleaned up at the end of the first day. The next day was exactly the same. Arrival right on the promised time. Protective coverings everywhere. Teddy sought our concurrence as they completed each step. The job was completed and cleaned upped. Then Teddy did a full explanation of details of the new installation and what to expect. Telling us that if we had questions they would be here for us even if it meant coming out to answer questions.
The quality of the KOHLER product was definitely enhanced by the experienced crew lead by Teddy. Truly a remarkable experience!!!
