We had a Kohler shower system installed. The salesman was very attentive to our needs as seniors in designing the shower. I was very impressed with the installers who did the demolition of the old shower and built the new one. The attention to detail was encouraging, leading to a beautifully finished product. We were also pleased with the precision of the glass fitters. We are completely satisfied with our safe and gorgeous new shower!

While it is a rarity to work with such professionals, it's a pleasure nonetheless. Ryan and Maalik are true professionals. We could have asked for nothing more with regards to care of our home, cleanliness, and timeliness. Had a tub/shower combo removed and walk in shower installed. This was before they were under the Reunity name. There were some issues and I assumed I would just have to live with them because in today’s world I assumed I wouldn’t get decent customer service. After the change to Reunity I was contacted to discuss the issues. A new install team was sent out and everything was redone and fixed. James and Caesar were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed on everything they were doing. This company TRULY stood behind their product and their work! I was so impressed that Reunity followed through on their word to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them. I can’t comment on the cost because I didn’t get estimates from anyone else. They carry Kohler products and I liked that and that helped me chose them.

Renuity far surpasssed a bathroom upgrade I had done in another state. I would recommend Renuity highly for their shower installers skills as carpenters, and plumbing updaters. They covered my floors with tarps and left my home clean of debris and asked for my input on placement of grab bars, shower hose, and head. They also "re-finished" any areas around the install ensuring it was ready for painting to finish the bathroom. They realized the expense I was making and made sure I was happy.

Our experience with Renuity was a great experience! They said and did everything they told us from the beginning.
No high pressure sales pitch! Put in a plan on installation that worked for us and followed that plan! They called a few days before installation and gave us the plan we discussed prior. Recently had my garage completed with a coating from Renuity. They were extremely professional and informative during the consultation. They were on the higher end of quotes that I received, however; I feel that a company that stands behind its work with a warranty product is worth the money.

Nathan, Bailey, & Josh showed up promptly on the date of installation and were very friendly and walked me through what their scope of work would be during the day. They went out of their way to make sure that none of my personal property was affected by the installation, they even took extra time to cover all my personal items that were nearby with tarps and keeping a clean workplace. They were very efficient and didn’t waste time or take any breaks until the job was completed, truly professionals.

The garage coating looks better than I thought it would and it is top shelf work. Straight lines, even coating, and attention to detail truly make the work stand out.

Great work, backed by warranty. Absolutely worth it.

We had an issue with not getting enough hot water from our shower. We called Renuity Bath for someone to take a look at it and they sent Brian B. just a couple of days later. 5 rating not enough! Crew on time, all materials in hand, swept and vacuumed at each stage. Then, when we discovered wood rot that needed replacing before completing shower install, Renuity reached out to a contractor who squeezed us in (out here in the rural world) to prepare the surface properly before Renuity returned to finish. From the first contact and throughout the entire process; we received texts, emails, phone calls to make sure we knew what was planned, what was happening, and who would be knocking on the door for the next portion. Every second we were supported by competent and caring professionals. As old folks with our first remodel and only one bathroom, I am so grateful to Renuity for the fantastic work they did. I highly recommend.
