Bathroom remodeling, replacement windows, and cabinet refacing for Athens homes, all backed by a lifetime transferable warranty.
Renuity installs bathroom remodeling, replacement windows, and kitchen cabinet refacing for homeowners in Athens and the surrounding Limestone County area. Every product carries a lifetime transferable warranty, and our installation process is built to keep disruption to your household low.
Athens has grown a lot over the past two decades, spanning homes of many different ages. Older homes in established neighborhoods often have original windows past their useful life. Vinyl frames from the early 1990s were not built with the sealing and welding techniques available today, and when those seals fail, window performance drops in ways that cannot be fixed without replacement. Newer construction on the south and west sides of the city tends to be in better shape, but builders do not always install the best-performing glass packages, and homeowners in those areas have options to upgrade.
In the bathroom, homes of all ages see the same underlying problem with tile: grout absorbs moisture and degrades over time. Renuity's acrylic wall systems replace that cycle with a nonporous, grout-free surface that holds up in Limestone County's climate without extensive maintenance.
Renuity's approach to bathroom remodeling covers walk-in baths, walk-in showers, standard bathtub replacements, standard shower replacements, and tub-to-shower conversions. Every configuration uses acrylic and composite wall panels with no grout lines. The surface is nonporous, resists mold and mildew without chemical treatments, cleans with mild soap and water, and is available in multiple colors and finishes including simulated tile and stone. Most installations complete in one day.
Walk-in baths feature a side-entry door, built-in seat, slip-resistant floor, and quick-drain system, with hydrotherapy and air jet options available. Walk-in showers offer easy-access entry with seating options. Standard bathtub and shower replacements deliver the same acrylic wall system in a conventional layout. Tub-to-shower conversions use the existing drain location, keeping plumbing work to a minimum. Accessible configurations serve a wide range of users, not only those with current mobility limitations.
The most common complaint Renuity hears from Athens homeowners about their windows is fogged glass that will not clear. It looks like condensation, but it forms between the panes, inside the sealed glass unit. The seal has failed, the insulating gas has escaped, and outside air is in contact with the inner glass surface. Cleaning does not fix it. Replacement windows are the only solution once a sealed unit has been compromised.
Renuity installs replacement windows with fusion-welded vinyl frames and ENERGY STAR® ratings, with features that may include multi-pane glass, Low-E coatings, and more. Vinyl does not absorb moisture or swell, which matters in Limestone County where humidity stays high for months at a time. Patio door replacement is also available for homeowners who want to update an exterior door at the same time.
Kitchen cabinet refacing is the right call when your cabinet boxes work fine but the doors, drawer fronts, and hardware look dated. Renuity replaces every door and drawer front with custom-sized new ones fitted to the existing boxes, installs new hardware, and leaves the cabinet structure in place. Soft-close doors and drawers, designer hardware, drawer boxes, roll-out shelves, and organizational components are all available. The kitchen looks current without the dust and cost of a full replacement, and installation completes in days.
When you call Renuity, we set up a home visit with a design consultant who looks at the space and talks through what you want to do. That conversation drives the estimate, which you get before any commitment is made. Products are custom-built to fit your home. Installation is handled by Renuity's own crews, and most bathroom jobs wrap up in a single day. Before the crew leaves, you walk through the finished work together.
