The KOHLER LuxStone shower is a wall panel system made from crushed stone suspended in high-performance resin. The material is nonporous and contains no grout lines anywhere in the installation, so it stays clean with routine wiping and holds its finish over years of daily use in a way that acrylic and fiberglass panels simply don't. Each panel is custom-fabricated to your shower's exact dimensions and set using a hidden joint system. The result looks like natural stone and outperforms it for low-maintenance daily use.
LuxStone is a complete system. The base uses the same stone-resin composite and comes in several sizes and entry profiles, including barrier-free configurations for step-free access. Shower doors and enclosures range from framed to fully frameless, selected during the in-home consultation alongside the wall design and hardware finishes. Built-in recessed shelving, a fold-down seat, and a shower barre are available as integrated components. KOHLER fixtures are selected as part of the same consultation.
Ten wall designs are available across stone-look patterns, solid colors, and textured finishes. Most come in matte or glossy.
Matte finishes keep water spots less visible between cleanings. Glossy finishes reflect more light and give stone-look patterns added depth. Hardware finish selection, whether chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, or warm bronze, is handled during the design consultation alongside wall and base choices.
The KOHLER walk-in bath is built for homeowners who want bathing to feel comfortable and manageable at any stage of life. A door in the side of the unit allows entry over a low threshold rather than the high wall of a conventional tub. Once seated and the door is closed, the bath fills around you. Heated seating, hydrotherapy jets, and a slip-resistant floor are standard in every unit.
