Working with Amaud Williams on scheduling the installation was excellent. Due to a medical situation there were several cancellation dates and Amaud was very understanding. There was good communication follow up throughout the process. Installers and the Project Manager, Paul Cristea, were very professional and friendly.

Reunity - Portland is a great company for the removal and installation of a new shower. We really wanted to choose attractive, durable materials from a company that had the proper product line and skills to carry out the project. They delivered all through the project. A great team. We are thrilled the new shower.

If I had any questions throughout the waiting period I had someone who corresponded with me at all times. They were prompt and professional when they did the installation and we had someone come make sure everything was done the way it should have been done. I highly recommended this company to those who don't want to be scammed.

Conde was very nice and professional with his work , and they kept me informed of the job as it went forward. These are nice windows that should be trouble free for a long time. They were thorough through the whole job.

I would like to give much thanks to this company and their wonderful team. We needed a new front door and framing very badly. They came out and took measurements and made our experience very enjoyable and easy step by step. They texted us with when to expect the product and the installation date and they were on point. The installer Monti was very professional, knowledgeable, and clean with his work and would highly recommend him and this company to ANYONE. Thank you for a GREAT JOB!!!

The Sales Process :
Unlike other companies that used high-pressure tactics, our salesperson, John Geer, was informative and professional. They took the time to explain the different product options, energy-efficiency ratings, and helped us select options that fit our budget without trying to over-sell us on features we didn't need. Customer service at 100%

All of Julian‘s crew ended up doing a very good job. Cleanup was good even cleaning the windows and getting some of the residue off them. Enjoy their work waiting for them to finish the kitchen windows.
