Mike R is an excellent representative. He explained everything about each item of the product which will create our new shower!! He also answered every one of our questions, even when we ask them twice!! He showed us where items could go and we decided where we want them to go!

I attended a local Home Show as I was looking for a company to replace a bay window in my house (the seal on my current window failed where moisture was able to get in & make the window foggy). And to my surprise they could send a sales representative out later that day. Greg was on time and was extremely pleasant to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things thoroughly. He listen and answer all my questions. He also told me what I needed to do with my other windows to protect and prevent future issues with old caulking around the window seals, which I really appreciated as my late husband would typically be in charge of 'house related repairs'. I appreciate the time he took out of his night to speak with me about replacing my bay window and potentially an exterior door at a later date. My overall experience with this company has been great, from Katelyn who I initially spoke with at the home show and Greg the sales representative. Thank you I am looking forward to having the new bay window installed.

The staff and crew were absolutely amazing and respectful. I cant thank them enough for them going above and beyond our expectations. They were just as nice to our homes cats and made sure to take care of everything. Highly recommended to this company for such stellar workmanship. Thank you Francisco and Alejandro!

The man who sold us the shower was very informative and matched our needs and specifications exactly. The installer was a perfectionist. Exactly what is needed when a shower is installed! The installer matched the pattern of the marble across 3 walls and it made the shower seem even bigger visually. He was an artist and it showed. The sturdiness, beauty and feeling of longevity is palpable. I would recommend Renuity, unequivocally, to anyone I know. Thank you, all, for a completely painless and completely satisfactory experience.

Fabian is very respectful, he listens, assesses the problems that I had with all 3 doors. He has been the best representative for you company. I will no hesitation to speak about his professionalism and capabilities. But most of his customer service.

We were very impressed with FHIA from start to finish. Our sales representative Tommy was very knowledgeable and informative. Our field manager, Matthew was outstanding in his attention to our project and our installation crews of Carlos and Carlos were fantastic! We had a hiccup on the first day where one of the crew members had a family issue that interrupted the project, but Matthew was right on it and a second crew came out the next day and completed the project. Even the crew member that had the personal issue made sure that he left that day with the project in a semi completed clean and well organized manner. We would highly recommend FHIA for home improvement projects in the Fort Myers area.

We had no idea that upgrading our bathroom could be so painless. Kaden came into our home and explained everything that we would experience. He told us about the company he apparently enjoys working for and covered all our concerns. We haven't gotten our update yet, but if the installation staff is anything like Kaden, then I look forward to the exercise.

Joseleys and his helper were so professional with the installation of my replacement windows. Before they installed they covered my floors completely. They also covered the furniture in both bedrooms. They were meticulous in their work. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. I love my new windows. It was a flawless job. Joseleys is a true professional. I recommend him to all.

Diego came today and was awesome. Fixed my issue quickly. Professional and highly recommended.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. From the point of safe with Tom Cole, to the installation and the communication I have zero to complain about. I started off with 2 impact windows. Amazing. So I ordered the other 2. Again amazing. Currently I am waiting on 3 large sliding doors. I would highly recommend to all. Tom knows his stuff and is awesome.

Thank you to FHIA for our new Pella windows, and a special thanks to our installers. Francisco did a wonderful, proficient, professional job, installing all 15 of our windows in one day. Four of them being high Impact arched windows in the front of our home. Francisco had a crew of 6 men, all very polite, professional and did all they could to keep the construction mess at a minimum. They even helped in moving some of our furniture, to perform their work. I absolutely recommend Francisco and his crew, professional installers for FHIA.

I can’t make enough positive comments about the team that installed our new windows and front door. As soon as the truck pulled up the guys started working. I think there was 7 but seemed like more because everyone started moving so fast and when 1 needed help another would come running. Francisco Perez was the manager he introduced himself and explained in detail what the process was. He took time to address my questions & concerns. But what I noticed right away was the way he spoke to his team. They definitely have respect for him. He’s a great asset for this company. I’ve lived in the same house for 50+ yrs and I have had a lot of companies work for me. This team of guys are absolutely the best! Thank you Francisco and the team!
