Had a great experience with a warranty call back. Was scheduled within 24 hours and Diego showed up on time with the right tools and had it fixed correctly in just minutes. So happy we chose RenuityFHIA for our new windows.

I highly recommend this company, I had a sales person who was honest with me and didn't take advantage of me. He explained what I needed and what I didn't need. If I had any questions throughout the waiting period I had someone who corresponded with me at all times. They were prompt and professional when they did the installation and we had someone come make sure everything was done the way it should have been done. I highly recommended this company to those who don't want to be scammed.

Easy to work with, good communication, willing to correct what needed to be i.e. got wrong color door handle , but it will be replaced with correct color. Brian & Joe were polite and considerate to both myself and my home and yard. They did a great job, set up plastic and floor covers before starting and cleaned up well afterward. Would definitely enjoy having those 2 doing work for me again!

Just got 5 windows and a sliding door installed by Maikel from Renuity. Great customer service, attention to detail and care of work, the experience was seamless from start to finish. Maikel and his partner were punctual, professional, and took great care to protect my floors and furniture. The sliding door glides perfectly, and the finish work on the window trim is top-notch. It’s rare to find a team that balances speed with such high attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Brian and Joe were wonderful, they arrived on time and get to work, know what they’re doing. After finishing they cleaned up the area so nice and clean, very happy with the work, thank you Brian and Joe.

I would like to give much thanks to this company and their wonderful team. We needed a new front door and framing very badly. They came out and took measurements and made our experience very enjoyable and easy step by step. They texted us with when to expect the product and the installation date and they were on point. The installer Monti was very professional, knowledgeable, and clean with his work and would highly recommend him and this company to ANYONE. Thank you for a GREAT JOB!!!

The Sales Process :
Unlike other companies that used high-pressure tactics, our salesperson, John Geer, was informative and professional. They took the time to explain the different product options, energy-efficiency ratings, and helped us select options that fit our budget without trying to over-sell us on features we didn't need. Customer service at 100%

All of Julian‘s crew ended up doing a very good job. Cleanup was good even cleaning the windows and getting some of the residue off them. Enjoy their work waiting for them to finish the kitchen windows.
