Just got 5 windows and a sliding door installed by Maikel from Renuity. Great customer service, attention to detail and care of work, the experience was seamless from start to finish. Maikel and his partner were punctual, professional, and took great care to protect my floors and furniture. The sliding door glides perfectly, and the finish work on the window trim is top-notch. It’s rare to find a team that balances speed with such high attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I am truly very pleased with your amazing and hard working young men and responsible, respectful and with a smile in their faces working in my house , they replaced fourteen windows . I would recommend them. Without hesitation, Gregory , Julian, Jose, Carlos and John. They went out of their way to even help us putting the curtains back on also helped with helping put the furniture back in their places. I am so truly and very happy for their services. .

Reunite (FHIA) is a great company. Every group i spoke or met with we personable and professional. They were flexible to meet my needs and always greeted me as if I were an old friend. The windows looked great after installation and they left my house clean.

Diego came to do a warranty replacement today and I was super impressed! I was expecting him to be in my home for an hour or an hour and a half but he came in, removed the faulty window in less than 30 seconds and replaced it with the new one in 1 minute. BOOM! Done! ✅. Very good and great customer service!!!

I used this company to replace every window and exterior door in my home to meet the South Florida hurricane codes. I am extremely pleased with the product and service I received. Every aspect of the doors, handles, and glass are excellent quality!! It’s a pretty big job but their teams go about it very professionally and keep the house extremely clean and free of dust. Most recently, when I had a minor issue with the sliding doors being a little tough to slide, they sent out Joel Rodriguez, who took great pride in his work, and he removed the doors, adjusted the slides, and replaced them good as new. It was truly a great experience and I would highly recommend their products and services.

I recently had a sales consultation with Greg for hurricane impact windows, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Greg was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable—no high-pressure tactics at all. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.

The presentation was outstanding—he brought high-quality samples, walked through the options in detail, and really showcased why their top-tier materials stand out for hurricane protection in Florida. It was clear they’re using premium, durable products built to handle serious weather.

We haven’t moved forward with the purchase or installation yet (considering later this year), but this experience has put them at the top of our list. If you’re in the market for hurricane windows, I highly recommend reaching out to them—the professionalism and quality focus alone make them worth considering. Working with Amaud Williams on scheduling the installation was excellent. Due to a medical situation there were several cancellation dates and Amaud was very understanding. There was good communication follow up throughout the process. Installers and the Project Manager, Paul Cristea, were very professional and friendly.

Reunity - Portland is a great company for the removal and installation of a new shower. We really wanted to choose attractive, durable materials from a company that had the proper product line and skills to carry out the project. They delivered all through the project. A great team. We are thrilled the new shower.

Brian and Joe were wonderful, they arrived on time and get to work, know what they’re doing. After finishing they cleaned up the area so nice and clean, very happy with the work, thank you Brian and Joe.

I highly recommend this company, I had a sales person who was honest with me and didn't take advantage of me. He explained what I needed and what I didn't need. If I had any questions throughout the waiting period I had someone who corresponded with me at all times. They were prompt and professional when they did the installation and we had someone come make sure everything was done the way it should have been done. I highly recommended this company to those who don't want to be scammed.
