Although the work took longer than originally scheduled, the installer went above and beyond to coordinate, problem-solve, and address items that were not anticipated originally. Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The final result looks stunning—the quality is excellent, and we truly love our new shower. Fransisco and team were knowledgeable, clean, and careful with their installation. What I truly appreciate was the fact that they didn’t damage the custom tiling around the window sills in both of the bathrooms. The finish install looked as if it was done when we redid the bathrooms. Great job!

Diego was very polite and friendly as all the technicians I have encountered from FHIA including the administration people. It is so nice when a company stands behind their product. Joel recently came out to repair one of my windows. He was right on time and had the part the window needed. He has been here before and is always very pleasant and cheerful. It is such a pleasure to have dealings person like Joel and he really knows his business.

Fabian was amazing, great customer service, fast, efficient, clean worker! Fantastic employee, our window broke and as promised they came and replaced it with no issues, questions, or paperwork. If you are on the fence about doing your windows Don't be FHIA is amazing and you get a great Costco discount!!!

My choice in hiring FHIA was a great choice, their prices were very reasonable and was very helpful in finding financing also, their team consists of sales, measurements and their installation guys (Brian, Joe) was amazing from start to finish, they are very knowledge of their job, helpful, very respectful and kind, they was on time and worked until the job was finished. Their cleanup was an A+, they showed great care for my house and property. Im getting a lot of compliments on my windows. Thank you FHIA, I would definitely recommend your company.

I just had a good experience with sales rep Greg Spruiell from FHIA in Tampa. He is very knowledgeable about windows and sold me on his presentation. After meeting with several reps from different local companies, I feel most confident I can trust Greg and FHIA with my window replacements.

Pedro and crew replaced 9 windows and sliding glass door with high impact and energy efficient components. Working under the supervision of Randy the team worked with perfect timing and coordination. The job was completed in a very professional and extremely knowledgeable manner. We wish to extend our most gracious thank you to the entire team involved on the project from Leo Harrison at BJ's/Palm Bay in the beginning to the very end with Pedro and his installers. We will without hesitation recommended FHIA to family and friends.

We had a Kohler shower system installed. The salesman was very attentive to our needs as seniors in designing the shower. I was very impressed with the installers who did the demolition of the old shower and built the new one. The attention to detail was encouraging, leading to a beautifully finished product. We were also pleased with the precision of the glass fitters. We are completely satisfied with our safe and gorgeous new shower!
