5 rating not enough! Crew on time, all materials in hand, swept and vacuumed at each stage. Then, when we discovered wood rot that needed replacing before completing shower install, Renuity reached out to a contractor who squeezed us in (out here in the rural world) to prepare the surface properly before Renuity returned to finish. From the first contact and throughout the entire process; we received texts, emails, phone calls to make sure we knew what was planned, what was happening, and who would be knocking on the door for the next portion. Every second we were supported by competent and caring professionals. As old folks with our first remodel and only one bathroom, I am so grateful to Renuity for the fantastic work they did. Renuity installed my new Kohler shower in 2.5 days and I barely knew they were there. They handled the permitting and inspections during the work. Each day they left my house pristine. I had contact information from multiple people so I could see the progress of the demo and installation when I wasn’t home. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. So far, so good! I'm planning a major bathroom remodel, and decided to go with a Koehler walk-in tub. Why? Because they're the best quality out there, and it's time for this type of tub. They quoted us over 10k less than the first company we tried, they worked with us on financing and a down payment, and they were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. The men who installed the shower did a wonderful job on the install and kept us informed along the way. The whole thing only took two days! We are very happy with our new shower!

These guys do a great job! Quality materials, quality work! Not going to be the cheapest bid you can find, but after reviewing a number of bids/estimates I concluded they had the best quality/cost ratio. In other words, pay a little more and get a much better finished project. They worked hard to schedule our project to fit into our hectic calendar. The guys were prompt, professional, and skilled at their tasks. There was nothing but superior work done, and the results are 100% satisfactory. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding! The installation crew was great to work with. They left everything clean at the end of each day. The installation was supposed to take 2 days, but ended up being 3 days due to the space and window within the shower. Loved the finished product and overall it was an amazing experience.

Jasmin who was our design consultant was wonderful. She went over everything we needed to know as far as what went best for our bathroom size and as well as cost effectiveness for us. As for our installer Eric and David were awesome. They were professional, easy to talk to, very efficient. They made us aware of any issues or changes they may have needed to do. They were quick but thorough.
Were absolutely love the team were worked with and are happy with our results!!!
